Onsite amenities include two sparkling outdoor pools and a tennis court, perfect for both relaxation and recreation. Inside, enjoy a modern open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, and living space. A double set of French doors brings the beachfront view indoors, flooding the space with natural light. The kitchen features ample counter space, a full suite of appliances, a wet bar, and even a wine fridge- perfect for chilling your favorite bottle to enjoy at sunset.

Each of the two bedrooms offers an en suite bathroom and luggage racks for added convenience. The primary suite boast direct balcony access and stunning ocean views- just slide open the French doors, pour a glass of wine, and a savor a sunset you won't soon forget. Additional comforts include free WIFI, cable, a washer/dryer, and central air conditioning. Whether you're lounging by the pool, exploring local attractions, or unwinding to the sound of the waves, this condo promises the perfect beach getaway.

Parking at Wind Drift: To keep your arrival stress-free, vehicle registration is required at least 7 days before check-in. Parking passes are purchased per vehicle (max 2 per condo). 10-Day Stay: $62.36, 10–14 Day Stay: $112.00, 31-Day Stay: $120.00. Once registered, stop by the lobby upon arrival to pick up your physical parking pass and display it on your dashboard. Boat Registration & Dock Fees – Wind Drift Complex

Guests bringing a boat are required to pay a registration fee for boatyard/dock access and register 7 days before check-in. Current rates for renters and non-owner guests: Daily: $50/day Weekly: $300/week Seasonal: $300/month (November 1 – February 28)

First-come boat slips with direct river access—ideal for bringing your boat or renting locally. Boat launch area for easy in-and-out. Trailer and watercraft storage available for guests bringing larger boats or jet skis. Tennis and pickleball courts for active guests. Community grills for outdoor cooking. Sandy nook right by the boat dock perfect for babies and beach toys. Gated community with controlled access provides security and peace of mind. Large outdoor patios and green spaces with mature landscaping. Private beach access—just a 2-minute walk across the street to Gulf of Mexico beaches with sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters.

Water Activities Made Easy: Bring kayaks and paddleboards for easy drop-in access to Old River for all-day fun. The calm river waters are perfect for paddling, fishing, exploring, and water recreation. Launch your boat and explore the Alabama coast by water, fish for redfish and speckled trout, or cruise to waterfront restaurants.

Parking: Parking passes required ($62.10 per vehicle for up to 7 nights, maximum 2 vehicles). Reservations exceeding 7 days must purchase additional passes for extra nights. Parking fee paid directly to Wind Drift Association. Their office provides gate code for your stay.

Boat Parking Details: Boat/trailer/jet ski parking available with advance notice. Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents completed no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in are ineligible for boat parking. Boat/trailer decals cost $50/day or $300/week plus $50 service fee. You may tie up to a boat slip (first-come, first-served). If all slips are taken when you return, boats must be removed from water. When you complete required HOA documents, this reserves a spot for boat and trailer (spaces limited). No refunds unless mandatory evacuation. Snowbird Monthly Parking Rate: $150 per month. Multi-month Snowbird rate: $125 per month (2+ months required).

Location Benefits: Wind Drift is less than 1 mile from restaurants including the world-famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar. Walk to Flora-Bama for live music, legendary Bushwackers, and beachfront atmosphere. Publix grocery store and Walmart are within 2 miles. The Wharf shopping and entertainment complex is 5 minutes away. Orange Beach Waterfront Park, Adventure Island, and Gulf State Park are all short drives. Pensacola International Airport is 50 minutes, and Jack Edwards Airport (with new Allegiant Air service) is just 15 minutes away.

Technology & Comfort: High-speed WiFi throughout the condo allows for streaming, remote work, or keeping in touch with home. Smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms feature streaming capability (bring your own logins). Central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout keep you comfortable during Alabama summers. Full-size washer and dryer in dedicated laundry space with initial detergent provided means you can pack light and handle beach towels easily.
